Bio
From being classically trained in Guitar, Piano and Vocals before the age of 18, Harry's hard work paid off in 2020 when he achieved a BA(Hons) degree in Creative Musicianship after studying at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London.
Harry's journey as a performer began when he was just 8 years old busking in the streets of Portugal. He has since played in many towns in Essex, London and even Times Square, New York where he earned one of his first professional gig's at 14. Before starting out as a young teacher offering 1-1 lessons Harry spent time as a frontman of 'Jump Stone' - an exciting young funk/rock covers & originals band, who performed around the UK playing songs from artists such as Stevie Wonder, Arctic Monkeys and Bruno Mars.
Harry is also very lucky to have worked with many different artists and supply session work on piano & vocals for the likes of TV jingle expert Roger Dexter and former Sony Sweden Songwriter Alex Hummingson.
Having experience from a young age teaching kids and seeing them grow as musicians and people is so rewarding. I have proudly had the pleasure of helping my own students gain grades in Rockschool & ABRSM exams and amazingly on average students who I have guided to an exam have gotten a distinction. I feel I bring a unique passion to any role I take, as to me creating an exciting platform for kids to learn about music is so important. Learning things the correct way and making sure people learn their craft the most efficient way is vital to me. I often use shapes and refer to patterns in music a lot when helping young students to understand why things do and don't work in music.
